About IEDS

Founded by Dr. Herman Sabath, an expert with more than 25 years of experience in environmental health, IEDS focuses on identifying indoor environmental, chemical, and microbial pollutants with the goal of building solutions for a healthier environment. Our experienced team of environmental experts works hand in hand with other professionals such as attorneys, physicians, and home inspectors.

 

Dr. Sabath has contributed to or published multiple textbooks and technical handbooks. He has been a professor at numerous colleges, and has served as the Master Trainer and Science Advisor for the National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute. As a state-licensed Mold Assessor and a Council-certified Microbial Consultant, he has also been an expert witness for a variety of lawsuits.
